Trappist amber beer.
Top-fermented alc. 6.2° bottle conditioned, with a fine, persistent and creamy foam with aromas of spices and hops; intense amber colour and velvety in the mouth, it is dry, fresh and soft with a lingering aftertaste.
White beer alc. 5.1%. The colour has definitely shades of gold and is slightly opalescent, the perlage is subtle, the aroma has hints of citrus and lemon, with a fruity complex where apple and citrus are easily identifiable, when drinking it gives us hints of spices and a slight aroma of hops and it has great thirst-quenching power.
Triple beer, top-fermented 8%. Abundant and lasting foam, light amber colour, sweet fruit aromas, honey and malt, in the mouth it has malt, caramel and hops flavours with a spicy, fruity and floral finish. Very drinkable.
Chestnut beer alc. 7°. Top-fermented, creamy foam, light red colour tending to chestnut. Chestnut aroma, the yeast gives fruity notes, careful hopping leaves a persistent aftertaste of chestnuts. Soft taste, round, with notes of caramel.
Hefe Weisse beer alc. 5.4°. Yellow-gold cloudy colour, abundant and soft foam; the aromas are banana cake, clove, vanilla and citrus. The banana taste is stronger, giving way to the taste of cloves with a bitter, delicate and enjoyable aftertaste.
Strong Ale 10% alc. Blonde, top-fermented and bottle conditioned, full-bodied with a golden colour and a very comforting and warming honey consistency with a dry hops aftertaste.
Unfiltered lager 4.8% alcohol. Cloudy from yeast, pale yellow, fragrant hop flower aroma, with a massive and compact foam, the aroma has hints of yeast, full taste with yeast flavours and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
During nights of full moon, the brewmaster goes down in his cellar and prepares this fine beer with carefully selected ingredients. It is said that the shimmering gold colour of this light beer with a lively, intense character, reflects the magical force of nature.
Bitter Red Ale alc. 4.3° is a seasonal beer brewed only in autumn, deep red, wooden spicy aroma with a subtle malt and licorice undertone, with aromas of hazelnut, toasted malt tending to sweetish.
English Golden Ale alc. 4.7°. Light golden colour, light foam that quickly disappears. The aroma has hints of fresh hops and citrus. The taste is fragrant and fresh with light notes of hops and malt with a citrus undertone.
American-style Pale Ale 5% alcohol.
Top-fermented, blonde, bright yellow-golden colour with persistent white foam, the aroma has hints of grass and citrus, a fresh explosion in the mouth with a savoury finish; it is matched with raw seafood, white meat and delicate first courses.
Honey Beer alc. 5.1°. Orange colour, with a creamy white foam, adherent and persistent. The aroma has hints of orange and spices, in the mouth it has malt and orange flavours with a hops undertone that makes it very drinkable and refreshing, perfect as an aperitif or accompanying dishes that are not too caloric such as seafood salads or meat.
Blonde Ale type alc. 5%. Top-fermented with light and abundant foam. Straw yellow and pale appearance, medium body, moderate bitterness and a normal carbonation, with a refined aroma and a discreet retro-olfactory sensation.
English Pale Ale type 6.2% alcohol. Amber colour and fine grained foam, the smell is of berries, complemented by delicate caramel notes given by the malts, the palate is full-bodied, round with a fruity note accompanying the tasting and a delicate bitter aftertaste.
